3 Simple Ways to Get and Stay Motivated
One of the keys to having a successful career is to first get the right job. But in order to get the right job you have to first have a successful interview. So if you want to get the job and move your career forward then take stock of these 3 things that you should talk about in your next interview.

Talk About Your Objectives
One of the first things that you need to discuss in your interview is what your specific objectives are. You need to discuss the role you want and why you want that role. Remember it’s not just enough to say you want the job, you need to provide your interviewer with a compelling reason why you are pursuing the position that they are offering.

Some examples of compelling reasons are:

• The desire for great responsibility.

• The need to grow and use your _______skills.

• Greater opportunity for advancement.
Talk About Your Experience
Chances are you’ve probably heard the old saying that “Past experience is the predictor of future performance” which means that your interviewer knows that the things you have done or accomplished in the past will give them a better idea of how well you will do in the future. So use this opportunity to discuss your specific performance goals, whether you met those goals, and the actions or behaviors which led you to be able to successfully meet those goals.
Your answers should be relevant to the position at hand and must show a clear pattern of growth and success.

Talk About the Value You Will Add
Through all of the many questions that your interview may ask you, the one basic question they’re trying to get answered is this, “What’s in it for us if we hire you?” This means that it’s up to you to convey to your interviewer the value you will bring to the position, to the team, to the customers, and to the organization should you get the job. The value that you bring should be specific and relevant to the position at hand. Whatever you do, don’t blow smoke, just be honest and share what you know you can and will confidently do.
One of the first things that you need to discuss in your interview is what your specific objectives are.
