No 4 - Top performers maximize every opportunity. Top performers make sure that do not let any opportunity pass by them without taking full advantage of it. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a sales contest, overtime, or an opportunity to take on special project.

No 5 - Top performers are consistent. Top performers perform at the levels they do because they are committed to consistently doing those things that lead to success day in and day out.

No 6 – Top performers own their performance. One of the greatest reasons why top performers are so successful is that they don’t make excuses for their performance. They recognize that they are masters of their own destiny and that the “buck” stops with them. So if they are going to be successful it is up to them to make it happen.
